The assets acquired by BendPak Holdings LLC included the MaxJax patent and trademark. The acquisition of these assets by BendPak Holdings LLC from BOT Financial LLC in its capacity as Assignee for the Benefit of Creditors of GES, specifically excluded any liabilities, debts and obligations of GES. Currently, the Max Jax product line is under the leadership and operational control of BendPak Inc. We’re ready to take Max Jax where GES left off.
