In April of 2020, certain assets of Garage Equipment Supply, Inc. and its related intellectual property holding company [GES] were sold to BendPak Holdings LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of BendPak, Inc. under an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors proceeding. The assets acquired by BendPak Holdings LLC included the MaxJax patent and trademark. The acquisition of these assets by BendPak Holdings LLC from BOT Financial LLC in its capacity as Assignee for the Benefit of Creditors of GES, specifically excluded any liabilities, debts and obligations of GES. All inquiries from creditors of GES should be directed to BOT Financial LLC, 16000 Ventura Blvd. #1000, Encino, California 91436.

Question. What happened to MaxJax? I heard rumors that they went out of business.

Answer. In April of 2020, during the midst of the Covid-19 crisis, certain assets of GES, including the MaxJax patent and trademark were sold to BendPak Holdings LLC under an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors proceeding. Currently, the MaxJax product line is under the leadership and operational control of BendPak Inc. We’re ready to take MaxJax where GES left off. They did a great job, but we’re certain we can do better.

Q: I have a MaxJax product and need to order replacement parts. Are replacement parts still available?

A: BendPak Holdings LLC, will stock and maintain all current MaxJax (models) replacement parts and accessories. Most replacement parts and accessories can be found on this website.

Q: Will I still be able to find parts several years down the road?

A: BendPak Holdings LLC will stock and maintain all current MaxJax (models) replacement parts and accessories. BendPak typically stocks and maintains product replacement parts for a minimum of twenty years. Most replacement parts and accessories can be found on this website.

Q: I noticed the MaxJax website domain is different. Why did the website address change?

A: When BendPak Holdings LLC acquired certain assets of GES the old website address www.maxjaxusa.com was later changed to www.maxjax.com. A redirect has been implemented that automatically points website visitors to the new website address.
